There are lots of shops downstairs, including 7-Eleven, cafes, MyNews, FamilyMart (24 hours), KK Mart, and more. The apartment has good facilities, the city view is beautiful, especially at night, and the guardhouse staff are kind and helpful.

The location is handy, with a nearby bus stop and about a 10-15 minute walk to the MRT/LRT and AEON Mall. There are food options, laundry services, convenience stores, and a useful mailbox system. Facilities are decent, though the gym gets crowded. After two years living here, I have quite a few concerns. The place feels overcrowded, safety and maintenance can be questionable, and noise carries between units late at night. The biggest headache is the elevators: hundreds of residents share six, waits can top 10 minutes at busy times, and breakdowns make them longer. The lobby and lifts feel like a sauna. Parking is awkward because cars are parked front to back, so one may need to be moved to let another out, and the higher levels are a hassle. The layover system only helps a little. The gate is often broken and usually fails to detect or scan cards, so security has to open it manually.

This is my favorite place to stay. If you like walking, it's a good fit, and there's a lot within easy reach. A free bus ride of under five minutes gets you to the nearest of three malls, and the farthest takes less than ten. Take that bus past the third mall for the wet market, with fresh halal and non-halal meat and vegetables. NSK is a few minutes away on the same bus. Across the street are three authentic non-halal Thai restaurants, plus tasty, cheap local Chinese food. Chinese hotpot and barbecue are also close by across Sunway Velocity. Schools, colleges, daycare, a church, and a park are around ten minutes away. For snacks or a clinic, there are plenty of convenience stores and clinics just downstairs, a minute or two away. There are plenty of bus routes, and you can reach the LRT Ampang/Sentul Timur line and MRT Kajang/Kwasa Damansara line by bus in about two minutes or on foot in 8-10 minutes. The facilities are great too. Units can differ depending on renovations or other changes, so look for a suitable agent or owner online and discuss the terms of your stay. You can check apps like propertyguru and ibilik. I'd suggest viewing 1-3 units first and comparing them to find the one you prefer. The place is convenient, affordable, and comfortable, with a useful mix of workday access and recreation.

Moving out was a real hassle because the unprofessional guards wouldn't let the lorry collect our belongings. We had to carry all the heavy items ourselves and use Access 2 only, which caused delays and a lot of inconvenience. Management is very poor, and the guards act like they rule everything. Anyone thinking of staying here should think twice.
