Getting into the room took nearly an hour. We had to figure out different entrances, mailbox codes and where to collect the cards, and the whole check-in felt completely unprofessional. Even though we’d paid through Hotels.com, they added service, merchant and parking fees when we arrived. The room problems kept piling up. They told us to move the next day without warning, and the first room we’d been given as “private” had been split so other guests could use part of it. The replacement smelled like sewage, the bathroom flooded after each shower and the TV didn’t work. People came in during the night through the other section of the divided unit. They also tried to make us pay for something we hadn’t broken. I’d never recommend this place. It feels like taking extra money from guests matters more than providing decent service. Avoid it.

The room switch the next day made an already awful stay worse. Our second room smelled terrible, had cracked walls, a bathroom that flooded and a broken TV. The unit had been split into A/B sections, and random people walked in at night. After we complained, all they did was a quick, careless cleanup. We’d booked and paid on Hotels.com, but they still demanded service, merchant and parking fees. We were kept waiting until 3 PM, then sent around different entrances to use codes and pick up keys from mailboxes. It was like a scavenger hunt just to reach the room. One of the worst stays I’ve had. The place is unpleasant and badly managed, and a waste of money. Don’t consider booking here.
