As a returning guest, I really appreciate the location and the good work from the Front Office team and bellboys. The dining food is delicious, and both dinner and laundry service have been very well done. Whenever I get back to my room, everything I need is ready to use and it’s completely clean. The room Wi-Fi is acceptable, and the TV channels could keep being upgraded. Please keep up the good service and cleanliness of the guest rooms.

We barely needed to travel more than a few stops to reach KL tower and Petronas towers, and Berjaya time square is opposite. The location really can’t be beat. Food was OK, and our room was very comfortable, with a perfect bed after a long flight, a great shower and a good view. The staff were the best part, all so friendly and incredibly helpful, 10/10. Sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names, but you won’t be forgotten. Prema, thanks for helping us with the grab. I’d highly recommend the hotel for the staff and location. Thank you all so much.

Sazali Abdullah from housekeeping deserves a special mention. Our room was cleaned impeccably every day. Service was outstanding throughout, including at the lobby bar, where the staff were superb. We slept so well in the extremely comfy bed with great pillows. The shower was lovely too, with a rain shower head, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. We loved everything about our stay.

I took the bubble lift to The View at Level 18 and enjoyed seeing the city at night. The LED lights inside the lift were a little too bright, though, and made it harder to see outside clearly. This was my first visit to Melia KL for the Ramadan Buffet. The presentation was simple, but the dishes I tried tasted good. Even the kerabu and char kuey teow were done well, and I especially enjoyed the comforting, flavourful sup daging on a rainy evening. Service was pleasant, and an attentive Japanese trainee looked after our table, though I didn’t get his name. A commendable effort by the team!
