I’ve stayed here on and off and never had an issue with the security guards so far. If I have my access card, there’s no fuss. The place is within walking distance of Berjaya Time Square and plenty of other malls, and it’s close to pubs and Bukit Bintang. I’ve seen lots of complaints about the guards, but that hasn’t been my experience.

I’ve had repeated trouble with the night security guard over the past couple of years. He keeps refusing to let my brother in, even after I tell him my brother will be staying for a few days. He won’t listen and makes it unnecessarily difficult. At the same time, I’ve seen him let other people in freely, including groups sharing one access card and even strangers who are just waiting outside. I’ve also noticed that when certain people arrive, particularly foreigners/white people, he lets them in without asking questions. This feels like clear bias and discriminatory behavior. It’s not the first time I’ve been treated unfairly, and I can’t accept being treated differently. I’m raising this concern with management and respectfully ask that they investigate and take proper action. Everyone who lives here deserves fair and equal treatment, without bias or unnecessary obstacles. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to prompt action.

Jln Alor is right across the road, and the nearest Bukit Bintang LTR entrance is about a 450m walk. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including F&B and Somart opposite. The unit itself is spacious and great.

I have paid in full for my unit and am a legitimate resident, but the security guard at my residential area has been stopping me from coming and going from my own home. It's causing a lot of stress and unnecessary inconvenience. Please investigate and resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention.
