MiCasa All Suites Hotel Kuala Lumpur

MiCasa is an easy 10-minute walk through the park to the twin towers, and the pool is beautiful and relaxing. We spent 7 nights here in February 2026 and had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having a filtered water tap was handy so we didn’t need to buy bottles. The restaurant was fantastic for every meal and great value. Having several elderly family members with us, we were grateful for how patiently the MiCasa team coordinated everything. They thoughtfully helped us move into more spacious rooms, so our large family could stay comfortably across three to four suites. That was a huge relief during a busy, emotional time, as we were organizing a nearby wedding for our son and daughter-in-law. Mr. Eddie, the Duty Manager, was especially warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. He made us feel truly cared for. The location is the one good thing about this place. The room felt old and run down, and the photos don’t match what you actually get. There wasn’t even drinking water in the room. Check-in staff weren’t very friendly or flexible, and the restaurant food was below average. I’d had high hopes, so I left really disappointed. I don’t understand how it has 5 stars.

The calm, homely atmosphere made for a peaceful break right in the middle of a busy city. I stayed at Micasa KL from 24-27/11/25, and the rooms were nice and clean with good food as well. The whole staff team gave good service. Special thanks to manager Mr. Elton, Mr. Arif(dmkul) for arranging OKU parking, Mr. Eddie, and Mr. Devi.
