Millerz Square by Tido Tido

We booked a stay for 15-16Dec2025, but by 15 Jan 2026 my RM100 deposit still hadn’t been returned. The contact number doesn’t answer, and the host stopped responding to calls and messages after we checked in. Agoda also hasn’t acted on my report, saying they didn’t know this was happening, even though I had already read several reviews from other tenants on Agoda’s platform. The unit was dusty, and we weren’t sent checkout instructions. We had to go all the way down to the lobby, where another group called Mana Mana was helping hand out keys to tenants of other homestay operators. This Tido Tido host is a scammer, so be careful.

The house was in poor condition, with lots of defects, especially around the TV. The WiFi password was wrong at first, and even after they gave us the right one, the connection still didn’t work well. I thought I might be the only one waiting so long for my deposit back, but it turns out many others are dealing with the same delay. If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give.

We’ve stayed at Millerz several times, but this was our first time using the Tido tido operator and it was a bad experience. The unit had a lot of cockroaches, especially in the master bedroom bathroom, and it was very dirty, run down, and poorly maintained. We arrived around 4.30pm, but the unit hadn’t been cleaned. After several follow-ups, we had to wait three hours while they cleaned the whole place. We’ve also followed up several times about the deposit refund and still haven’t received it. They don’t answer calls, so WhatsApp is the only way to message them.

I still haven’t got my deposit back. Why keep my money? Please return my call about the refund. You never pick up. Does this operator not want to do business anymore? Everyone should block-list them.
