I've lived here since the building first opened, through the first management team and for decades since. This is the first time I've felt I needed to leave a review. On 31 May, over a public holiday long weekend, power was out across every residential tower and the shop lots below from about 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It wasn't the first disruption. Electricity and water supply problems also happened repeatedly under previous management, so I don't think this is solely a management issue. The recurring outages suggest there could be underlying building infrastructure problems. Current management may not have caused them, but should investigate the root cause, put long-term solutions in place, and resolve outages as quickly as possible. Residents need reliable water and electricity, especially on weekends and public holidays when many are home. I hope management takes proactive steps toward a permanent fix. We appreciate the team's efforts and cooperation, and ask that building maintenance and infrastructure receive ongoing attention and priority. Residents rely on management to keep the building maintained and address possible problems before they grow. It would be a great loss if poor maintenance let the building deteriorate, since residents are the ones most affected. Please stay attentive and committed to preserving its quality and reliability for everyone living here.

Living at M City has been very disappointing. Around almost every long holiday, residents seem to face major disruptions, including water cuts lasting 3-4 days and sometimes power interruptions too. These recurring utility problems cause real trouble for residents and families. Water and electricity should be dependable, particularly on public holidays when people are home. I hope management takes stronger steps to improve infrastructure reliability and communication with residents. I'm sharing this in the hope the problems get addressed and future residents have a better experience.

This was the worst stay here. The lifts were under maintenance, so we had to wait a long time, and the cleanliness was terrible. Our unit was closest to the rubbish chute, and flies swarmed inside and outside. Trash sat there for days and smelled awful. The bins around the building were also full and left that way for days. The unit itself was poorly maintained.

The building is in a beautiful location, but poor management has let the property go downhill. I wonder whether the JMC/MC is involved at all. Even Saville Property Management, known for managing top tier buildings, has let things reach this state, and nothing seems resolved despite the change. How are residents meant to feel safe when both access cards and CCTV are broken? It's frustrating to be ignored by the office while paying management fees for services that aren't being provided. We deserve more than 'I don't know' and broken systems.

I've lived here for almost 10 years, and things became unacceptable after Airbnb units were allowed. Management and maintenance have declined badly. The rubbish rooms are dirty and unhygienic, there are leaks throughout the building, and the basement car park smells awful. Elevators are often out of service across multiple towers. There has been no water supply since 31/1/26, and power disruptions have continued over the past month. Cracks visible in parts of the building are worrying too. Management is slow and ineffective in responding, with little responsibility toward long-term residents. It's a very disappointing place to live.
