PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Kuala Lumpur

We found the two-bedroom serviced apartment great value for money and would consider returning with the family. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything we needed, although the apartment felt a little dated. Staff from reception to security were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The location worked really well for a big family. Jalan Bukit Bintang was a relaxed 10-15 minute walk away, with lots of places to eat nearby. The rooftop pool view of KL's skyline was blocked, which I'd have preferred to be different, but it didn't matter much since we spent most of our time at malls and tourist spots.

This was our first stay, booked through booking.com, and we had a great time in the suite. It felt like home, with two large bedrooms and a lovely living room. The premium two-bedroom suite was clean and spacious, with a stove, cookware, dishes and utensils, washing machine, and ironing facilities. Everyone we met, from the bellboy and reception to the cafe waiters and room service team, was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Razman at reception, who helped us at both check-in and check-out. He was always cheerful and friendly when he saw us coming back from shopping. The place is convenient, Grab rides to anywhere were easy to book, and my friends enjoyed the suite too. We'll look forward to staying again on our next trip. The rooms were clean and functional, but felt tired and dated. A refurbishment would help the property reach its potential. The hospitality was fantastic. The security team were attentive, opened doors for us, and staff quickly helped with our luggage with a smile. The location was another big plus, within walking distance of Lot 10 and Pavilion, with lots of restaurants downstairs and along the street. If excellent service, safety, and a central spot are what you want in KL, this is a great base. We'd consider staying again.

Our king studio suite was huge, furnished well, and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning worked very well, and the kitchenette was handy for breakfast. We ate at food courts in nearby malls instead of cooking. There's also a small 7-11 right next door. Staff were welcoming and diligent, from the porters at the entrance to the people who cleaned our room. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and jacuzzis, including one heated to a comfortable temperature. Afternoon storms sometimes closed the pool area, understandably. There's a small gym and laundry room, though we didn't use them. The hotel is conveniently located and excellent value for money. Filtered water is available in the lobby and on the top floor, so there's no need to buy bottled water, as tap water isn't recommended for drinking. I wish the hotel promoted the fountains more and stopped putting bottled water in rooms. It could also do more on recycling and sustainability. There was little guidance on recycling, and our towels were changed daily even though we hadn't asked for that. I'd still happily recommend the hotel.
