The neighborhood has a lively feel, with plenty of good local food just steps away. Inside, my room was very clean and tidy, and the food was spectacular. The hospitality felt Japanese-grade, attentive, polite, and welcoming. I could hear some ambient noise, though it didn't really affect my rest. The room's noise reduction could be a little better. A superb stay at AC Hotel Puchong, well worth 5 stars.

We had a great two-night stay at this new hotel. Since it only just opened in 2026, I was surprised the TV was outdated and not a smart TV. There's also no dustbin in the room, only in the toilet. I know smoking isn't allowed in the hotel, but there should be a proper smoking area. A spot with a few plants, a bench, and somewhere for cigarette butts would be good. Even the rooftop could work.

The room was clean and tidy, and I liked the gym and pool. Breakfast was nice, though the egg station forgot our request for half-boiled eggs. Getting ice took 5 to 10 minutes. My room was right beside the railway, so expect trains to pass from 5 am until midnight.

Breakfast leaned toward local Malaysian food, with limited variety, though the staff were attentive and thoughtful. Parking was sufficient and well lit. The hotel's in a convenient spot with many good restaurants nearby, and the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing. The air conditioning and hot water worked well. It was a bit small, though, and fitting a suitcase was difficult. I had a pleasant stay at AC Hotel Puchong.

I had a good night's stay. The front desk staff were accommodating and greeted me with a smile, and the rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast area seating was clean and easy to wipe down if someone made a mess. The swimming pool looked good too, unlike the run-down one at the other AC hotel in KL.
