NIDA Rooms Bukit Bintang Food Street Favorite

I’ve stayed here three times, mainly for the location and service. The staff are good, and one lady wearing scarves was especially nice and helpful. If you’re looking for a budget hotel, this might be the one. Thanks to Alea too.

I checked out early in the morning, and honestly, this hotel was horrible. They said they’d give a small gift, like a sweet or pillow, for a good review, but I’m not selling my honest opinion for a present. If your room faces the market, it’s noisy all day and night, and you’ll never get a good sleep. My room was really, really small and smelled of something I couldn’t identify. Reception wasn’t helpful either. Aliya said she’d give me a quiet room, but gave me one facing the market even after I said I didn’t want a noisy room. If you need to sleep at night, this is the wrong hotel. The reception lady’s customer service wasn’t good. I really don’t recommend it.

My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The area was crowded, but that didn’t spoil my enjoyment and still made for a happy holiday.

The room was so small I couldn’t even open my suitcase, and there was no soundproofing. I asked at check-in for a room that didn’t face the street because I needed somewhere quiet for four or five days. The receptionist said yes, then gave me exactly a street-facing room. The noise continued all night until early morning, so I couldn’t sleep well. After that, I checked out in the morning. Whatever you ask the receptionist, she says yes and then does the opposite. Sorry for the honest comment.
