The surroundings are clean and well maintained, and the security is strict, so it feels very safe. There’s a big swimming pool and a free daily shuttle to klcc. The management is not too bad either. I’ve stayed in this condo and it’s among the best places I’ve lived. The nearby area is quite nice for day-to-day living. If anyone in the building needs Wi-Fi for their unit, W.A. me O 1 O - 3 O 6 - O 7 1 O. I can check coverage and arrange free installation, and I’ll try to find you the lowest monthly plan. After a successful signup, I can also give a small bonus: Mixue, Tealive, or RM10 Shopee credit.
I was left alone in a lift and got trapped. I panicked and had trouble breathing, while the emergency response was extremely poor. The follow-up from management and the technician felt careless and unprofessional, with no empathy and not even a proper apology. This is about residents’ safety and lives, not a minor inconvenience. It could happen to an elderly person, a child, or someone with a serious health condition. Please take lift maintenance and emergency response seriously before something worse happens. Residents should feel SAFE at home, not traumatized.
Construction noise from the buildings opposite can keep you awake during the day, and at night the road is a favorite with Rempit bikers. Their loud exhausts will ruin your sleep. The Rempit disturbance is very real. Don’t rent here and get scammed.
The location is a big plus: the MRT is right outside the gate, which is rare in KL, and it’s just one stop to KLCC. The road is less busy than the main KLCC area, too. I’ve been in tower D for over a year and, so far, thank god, I haven’t had a major issue. I found a good agent and landlord, and have met plenty of long-term tenants who also like living here. I think some people complain because they were unlucky or didn’t research carefully before moving in. There are two large swimming pools and two rooftop pools shared by four towers. The cleanliness is okay, and I’ve seen much worse at condos with the same rent. There are also two gyms, enough for apartment use or daily workouts, though anyone wanting more can go to a fitness centre. Smaller units get semi-private lifts, while larger ones have private lifts. The car park is spacious and convenient. Security is very good. They remember residents and follow management policy, which makes it a little difficult for non-residents to enter or park. Rent seems fair, especially for expatriates, given the location and MRT access. Some facilities do stop working, like the jacuzzi and sometimes the sauna. You should check before moving in. This is due to mismanagement in previous years, but they’re gradually maintaining things again, especially the swimming pool. One big problem: every weekend after midnight, motorbike racing, famously called Mat rempit, drives us nuts. Nobody seems to be doing anything about it, whether police or other authorities. Try not to sleep after 1-2AM on weekends. Otherwise, good luck!
From around 11pm until 4am or 5am, motorcycle racers speed along the road in front of the community, shouting and yelling. The noise in the middle of the night is a serious nuisance and has kept me awake.
