The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the affordable hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice too. We arrived around 12 PM, before check-in, and the receptionist was kind and helpful. They let us park at the hotel so we could easily walk around nearby Bukit Bintang. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The service is what keeps me coming back to this hotel. ASYRAF was especially polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful, and the rest of the staff have been friendly and professional too. I’ve stayed here 3-4 times now, and the rooms have been clean, comfortable, and well maintained every time. The atmosphere feels welcoming and things are well organized. It’s become one of my usual places when I’m in KL, and I’m happy to return and recommend it.
The hotel was very nice, with clean, tidy rooms and good service. The receptionist was polite and helpful, and the bellboy and other staff were friendly as well. It’s suitable for Muslims and a good option for a short stay. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food is easy. There was an event at Pavillion on our booking date, though, and we got caught in traffic.
For a budget hotel, the bed was firm but really comfortable, and the staff were kind and polite. Check-in was quick, and we got a room on the 7th floor. The building looks fairly new; the lobby is small but smells nice. There’s a self-serve lemon water station, too. It’s roughly a 10-minute walk to TRX Station. In the heat and humidity, that felt like a bit of a trek with our luggage and backpacks. Grab is easy to book, though traffic can be heavy. The room had a local-channel TV, fridge, kettle, dental kit, shower cap, a table by the window, open closet space with a few hangers, safe, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, slippers, a hair dryer fixed in the bathroom, and plenty of 3-pin sockets. The hair and body wash was a 3-in-1, which I hadn’t come across before. There was no iron or hand soap, and instead of bottled water there’s a filter system in the bathroom. The internet was unreliable, and the soundproofing wasn’t good. In the early hours, we could hear neighbors moving around, using switches, flushing, and opening or closing doors. That could be a problem if you’re sensitive to noise. The TV isn’t smart, either.
I’d stay here again. The location is good and it wasn’t noisy. I had a corner room, which was bigger, even if its shape was a little odd. Air-conditioning, water, and the other amenities were all there, though it was missing hand soap. For a three-star hotel, I wasn’t expecting five-star service, but what they provided was still fantastic. Thanks for the service.
