Lynn at Ibis KLCC made the stay memorable, and I’d gladly choose the hotel again because of her service. Before I arrived, she checked room availability and helped secure the room preference I had requested. When a room became available, she also arranged early check-in, making everything more comfortable and convenient. Her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help impressed me. Small gestures like that make a real difference to a guest's experience. Lynn is a valuable asset to the hotel. Thank you for the exceptional hospitality and effort.

The room was spacious, clean, and just right for a comfortable family vacation. Farah and the staff were extremely friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and helped me get good rooms. We appreciated their attention to detail and excellent customer service. My family and I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

We came as a group and had a wonderful stay. A friend found that her bed sank when she lay on it, and although we were only there for two nights, the hotel changed her room the next day. The location was great, and Muthu and his colleague kindly picked us up from the bus station even though we arrived late. Muthu was really kind. In the rain, he dropped us at the bus station when we left, then texted to check we had safely boarded the bus back to spore. Thank you, Ibis, for such wonderful staff and service.

The location is lovely and central in klcc, with Petronas within walking distance. Check-in and checkout were straightforward, and you can just leave your key card when you go. The room had an unlimited supply of drinking water, which was great, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby plus convenient grab food drop off. Good value, though the rooms may feel small. On our last night, water started leaking from the ceiling because of a faulty AC and dripped through the night. They fixed it reasonably quickly. Without that, this would have been a five star review.
