The food could be better. Some pastries were quite hard, a few fruits didn't seem fresh and tasted off, and the main dishes lacked flavour and presentation. For an international standard hotel with travellers from around the world, good food matters to its reputation. Still, Faizal, the barista I believe, and Amzar from the food section, possibly, were exceptionally kind and attentive to my family. They acted right away when I shared my feedback, and their professionalism and care made a difference. The hospitality was a highlight. The concierge team offered to help with our luggage without being asked, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive. The calming fragrance throughout the hotel also left a relaxing impression, especially for international travellers. Rates were reasonable for the location, less than 10 minutes from KLIA Terminal 1. We had a memorable stay, and I hope to return and see improvements to the food. With better food quality, I think Ibis Sepang could offer an even better experience.

The complimentary shuttle was punctual, comfortable, and well organized, and the hotel is only a few minutes from the airport, which made it really convenient before and after our flight. We also loved the beautiful, well-kept pool as a place to unwind after traveling. Our room was spacious, spotless, modern, and comfortable, with an excellent bed and everything arranged to make us feel at home. The whole team were warm, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Thanks to everyone for such a lovely stay at the ibis Styles Sepang KLIA. I highly recommend it near the airport, and we'll definitely come back on our next trip to Malaysia.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, spacious enough for a short stay, and had the amenities I needed. Breakfast was okay, with enough variety. Hassan was a kind, friendly server who greeted guests well. It's a good place to relax after a long flight before catching the next flight home. One note for management, it would be great if the room air conditioning could be maintained.

We stayed one night to catch our next flight, and the hotel was in a very convenient spot near the airport. The room was clean and the bed really comfortable. Having regular shuttles to and from T1 and T2 was an extra bonus. One small suggestion: the weekly cleaners could focus on the bathroom doors and walls. We had a fantastic stay and would come back.
