Omni Suites Hotel Bukit Bintang

I cancelled the booking, and that was the only good thing about this stay. As soon as I opened the room door and took one step inside, I couldn’t go any further. Check the picture. Finding the place is confusing too. OMNI SUITES doesn’t seem to exist, so look for Comfort inn, the yellow and blue one. The entrance is hard to spot and you have to go through the Vietnamese coffee shop to reach the reception at the back. That tells you a lot. People call the location great, but only if you don’t mind massage ladies bothering you every time you go in or out. I prefer a peaceful entrance. I’ve been to KL plenty of times, including the BB area, and this wasn’t it. I dealt with two women. The first, who checked me in, seemed to have forgotten basic reception manners and came across as unprofessional. It’s no wonder they changed the place name. I can’t even call this a hotel. The second woman I met later seemed to know how hotel staff should treat customers, but by then the room and the first woman’s behaviour had already made me decide to cancel.
