The rooms weren't even clean, and there's no lift, which is a problem if you have a lot of bags since the hotel is on level 1. The night receptionist was very rude. Don't book online here: staff may turn you away if you use Agoda, saying the rate is too cheap.
I booked online and went there, but the woman at reception spoke to me very rudely. She said tourists had to pay an extra RM10 that couldn't be refunded. We were willing to pay, but she was still very rude when talking to us.
The hotel was closed and sits in a fairly crowded part of the India market. There's a typical Padang food place right in front of the hotel.
Hotel surya was awesome, and I really loved staying here. It was a great time in Malaysia, with a feel like India, and it's very near to twintower.
I had to book a room for three because I arrived at 7 am, though I'm not sure why. The hotel was really bad and didn't satisfy me.
