I was vacationing in KL and wanted good value near Petaling Street, so OYO suited what I was looking for. The room was clean, and noise from other rooms was well blocked. The lift was maintained well, and the counter service was good.

The internet doesn't work in the rooms, and the staff are rude. They talk about you in Malay, assuming you don't understand. They won't give refunds, and they denied a Thailand guy a room because of his appearance, repeatedly calling him a ladyboy.

The room was clean, though a bit dull. They wouldn't allow an early check-in, so I got in after 2 pm.

The rooms are dirty, tiny, and very old, and there's no room service. The hotel is near the city and train station, but I still wouldn't recommend it. The lift stinks too.

The room was neat and clean, and check-in went smoothly. I paid RM50 as a deposit and RM10 to park the motorcycle for my four-night stay. They lower the shutter and have CCTV, so I felt the bike was safe. There's an easy-to-find food place within walking distance, and the motorcycle station is about 150 meters away. One plug beside the bed didn't work, so I used the TV outlet. Thanks for the hospitality.
