Rehan at reception made a particularly good impression with his friendly, professional manner and attentive, efficient service. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and everything was well organized. The hotel felt comfortable, well maintained and professionally run, which made my stay enjoyable. I'd highly recommend it for its welcoming atmosphere and service.
I stayed April 13th to 17th and felt relaxed in the clean, tidy room. Shopping is nearby, and it's also close to the Wednesday night market. Check-in and checkout are available around the clock, and the service was good. I'll come back. One suggestion: please put a footrest by the shower for when you get out, because the water gets things wet.
The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and the service was good. JAJRISH was especially friendly. I'd recommend Swing & pillow hotel for an overnight stay, and if you're looking for a good hotel, you can come here.
The location is the only real plus. My third night was the worst, with pub sounds, a humming noise and the aircon all audible. After the first night, I'd asked to move because of the noise in the video. The receptionist said housekeeping wouldn't let me switch because they had many checkouts and the housekeeper was fasting with a heavy workload. I also complained about the noisy aircon, but was told that even if a ticket were submitted, the technical team would come only when it was "convenient". I had to stay in the noisy room. For some reason the second night was fine. The receptionist asked where I'd booked and requested a review. He seemed to be trying to help, but handled the situation unprofessionally. I know it's a rustic, budget hotel, not a luxury one. I wasn't asking for much, just a quiet, peaceful night to sleep and rest. It's ridiculous that housekeeping gets to decide whether a guest can change rooms. This is the worst hotel experience I've had in my life.
The place doesn't look as good as the photos. The table was dirty and looked damaged, and the bathroom floor clearly hadn't been washed, with soap bubbles still on it. When we turned on the shower, the room light started flickering. The door is shown as having a smart lock, but you still need a key to open it, and it has a fingerprint feature too. How are we supposed to know who can use their fingerprint to enter our room? I don't think the reviews on Google and booking.com are true.
