My room was a little cramped and could be noisy, partly because I couldn't shut the window properly. The reception staff were always helpful whenever I asked. It's a decent hotel in a prime spot for food lovers, surrounded by an Indian community with amazing, authentic restaurants nearby. A good fit if location and food matter more to you than a spacious, quiet room.

I stayed one night and, for a budget hotel, found it clean and comfortable overall, with a reasonable price. The location is good, surrounded by malls and restaurants. The only thing that worried me was the shortcut to the hotel through a back alley. It wasn't much of a problem in daylight, but could feel a bit concerning at night. Check-in is on level 1, reached by a flight of stairs. From there, there is a lift to levels 2, 3 and 4.

The reception lady was really kind and friendly. My room, number 407, was clean, though it felt a bit cramped. You can walk to Bukit Bintang from the hotel.

The water stopped while I was showering, which made for a horrible experience. There was also a constant sound coming from the power junction box. I know it's a budget hotel, but they still need to provide the basics, especially a working water supply in the toilet.
