The 100th-floor views made our three-night stay even more special. The decor and facilities are beautiful, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were high quality and nicely presented. What stood out most was how warmly every staff member greeted us and made us feel at home. A flawless experience, and I'd highly recommend it for a luxurious stay in Kuala Lumpur.

We booked two rooms for 2D1N at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and came away impressed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with Le Labo toiletries as a nice premium touch. Staff were consistently polite and helpful, from check-in through room service. The semi-buffet breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but everything was fresh and good quality, above average for a KL five-star hotel. The heated pool was lovely at night, and the changing room had a spa, sauna, and Dyson hair dryer. They even provided kids' toiletries, a thoughtful detail. One problem: even after I validated the parking ticket, the autopay machine charged me around RM40+. Parking was supposed to be free. I've reported it to management and am waiting for a refund. Otherwise it was a comfortable, relaxing stay, and I'd come back.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff made us feel very welcome during lunch with friends. Rey found us a table even though it was busy and suggested the mille-feuille. It was amazing, just as he promised, and I can see why it's their signature dessert. Sean also took great care of our table and made the meal more enjoyable. We look forward to returning and staying here sometime.

The jacuzzi beside the pool was a letdown. It was packed with children playing, which made it hard to relax and took away from the atmosphere. Still, the room was stunning and the view was breathtaking. This is a luxury hotel in one of the world's tallest buildings, with a pool, spa, restaurants, and just about every amenity you could want. A unique Kuala Lumpur experience.

I'm loving my stay at Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. I'm on the 106th floor of Merdeka Tower, the world's second tallest building, and the views are incredible. I was thrilled to get upgraded to a corner king room. The service has been wonderful from the moment I arrived, with care given to even small details. Siva at the front desk was especially warm and gracious. His customer service was among the best I've experienced, and he made my arrival and introduction to the room memorable. It's been an amazing stay so far, and I'd highly recommend the hotel.
