Check-in was quick, the scenery was great, and the facilities were clean and well kept. There’s also a GrabFood delivery point at L1. A few practical things: the deposit is RM300, there are no bedroom slippers, and the toilets at the L52 pool aren’t close to the pool. Each towel change costs RM15. The cheapest booking I found was SGD 166 for 4D3N, which works out to SGD55.33/night.

I stayed here for almost two weeks and had no complaints. The building is clean and tidy every day, with 24/7 security, a concierge, parking, a gym and a sauna. There are two pools, one on the 52nd floor with a fantastic view and another on the 12th floor, where there are also several spots to work or have a picnic. Getting taxis or food delivered was easy. The location is excellent, about a 12-minute walk to Pavilion KL and close to the city center and Petronas towers. A great place for digital nomads. I’d look for an apartment here again on my next trip to KL.

A neat, clean place to stay, with cooperative staff who are very punctual. There are plenty of amenities nearby, including railways and a market, and the night market is very close too. Highly recommend staying here in KL. I’ll stay here again on my next visit.

In my experience as a tenant, they seem focused on maximizing what you lose financially, and that can mean losing the entire security deposit. They expect the unit back in “brand new” condition even though the furniture they provide is cheap and easily affected by normal use. I was also charged for natural wear and tear. EZT controls the in-house cleaning and maintenance, and the rates feel extremely high and predatory. I wouldn’t stay here or work with EZT unless you’re prepared to lose your whole deposit.
