The pool was the main reason we booked, but we found out it wasn't operating. At check-in, they also asked us for an extra tax even though the booking payment showed it was included, and required a deposit that hadn't been mentioned beforehand.

The city views from the infinity pool are beautiful, though a large construction site now blocks the Petronas Towers from view. The location is great, close to shopping such as KLCC. Our Airbnb apartment was okay and not dirty, but the sheets looked worn and the bathroom toiletries and room presentation weren't great. We could use the pool, but as guests of Platinum Suites apartments we weren't allowed to take pool towels. Booking through The Face Suites hotel may include that small extra. I'd suggest that option if room presentation matters to you, or choose Airbnb if a cheaper stay matters more.

There are plenty of attractions and places to eat nearby, though I'd use a cab or Grab to get around. Parking is scarce and traffic heavy, so driving yourself can be a pain if you don't know the area. Parking at the property itself was sufficient. I didn't try breakfast, so can't comment on it. The Infinity Pool is the main draw and still makes for a good photo, with a clear view of KL Tower. The construction now blocks the KLCC view from the pool, though. Sessions are limited to an hour, and you need your keycard to enter. This place was busy after MCO eased and rooms went on sale. Mask up, sanitize, and stay safe. It was a splendid, much-needed vacation.

I've got screenshots of everything, but they are still holding my refund. A towel provided to me had a large patch of dry blood, around 20 percent of it. Management blamed the laundry service, and the staff wouldn't answer calls or reply after reading my messages. This was a horrible experience with a very unprofessional and irresponsible company. Even one star feels like too much. I strongly suggest staying away.
