Residensi Majestic Maxim Condo

This was the worst condo experience I’ve had so far, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. When I needed help with an issue, the security team was frustrating to deal with: they seemed unwilling to help or investigate properly. Security should make residents feel supported and safe, but that wasn’t my experience. Management needs to improve how the team handles incidents.

A very disappointing stay. The security team seemed shockingly inefficient and unable to handle basic issues properly. I’d strongly advise others to consider somewhere else.

At Majestic Maxim, I was moving only a few personal items, no furniture, but the guard made me apply for a move-out agreement and charged RM350, including a non-refundable RM50. For what? I wasn’t moving anything big. The management office was incredibly rude. I was allowed to move only during office hours, and when the office was closed they locked the lift, so I couldn’t go to LG, even though I was following management rules. I ended up carrying everything through the lobby like a criminal. Then the guard wouldn’t let me move through the lobby and said, “I don’t want to see you anymore.” What kind of service is that? This was the most unreasonable and disrespectful treatment I’ve ever experienced in a condo. Terrible management and service. Think twice before staying here.

Of the three condos I’ve lived in, this was easily the worst. I paid a RM350 move-out deposit, and RM50 was deducted straight away. I’d already paid a RM50 admin fee when I moved in, so that fee wasn’t new. The remaining RM300 wasn’t returned to me, even though I paid it and had moved out. Instead, it went to the owner. Why refund someone else when I made the payment? The refund takes 60-90 days, which is nonsense, it’s not a tax refund! My movers arrived at 9am and were told to wait until 10am because cleaners were using the lift. Fine, but by 1pm my things were all out of the unit and waiting near the lift, and the movers had to wait until 3.45pm because cleaners and contractors kept using it. I had to pay the movers an extra RM11 for parking and RM150 for “lift usage delays” and having to park farther away. I followed the rules, paid every fee, and cooperated, but was still treated like an afterthought. There was no coordination, no tenant priority, and no accountability. The building looks good, but the management is shockingly poor. Think 1000 times before renting here.
