Pertiwi Indah has been under new management for eight months now, and they're doing a good job and making improvements. It's a very good property, and the other owners are friendly. They've made several improvements, including refurbishing the playground and swimming pool.

Zero stars for this condo management. The people running it are really lazy, the most useless management I've ever seen.

The security guard is rude and acts as though he owns the condo like it's his father's. He doesn't respect the residents here.
