Finding parking was a bit difficult, especially at busy times. Otherwise, I had a great stay and would recommend the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the toilet was hygienic too. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, the setting was pleasant and quiet, the location convenient, and the facilities satisfactory. I'd consider staying here again.

I stayed one night in a double room, and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillow felt new and comfortable, while the room and toilet were clean. The water pressure was good, and both the air conditioner and TV worked. The location was great, close to eateries and malls.

Really happy with my day there, the room, service, and surroundings were all good. It's a handy place to rest and sleep when you've still got a lot of work to do. The latest shows on the TV are there with just one click. Good job 👍

I would give it zero stars if I could. The so-called hotel was just one of the shophouses, with dark stairs and no lift. We had two suitcases, and staff said the technician wouldn't come until tomorrow. At least eight stains were on the bedsheet, and the toilet door locked from the inside but wouldn't unlock. After seeing the room, we decided not to stay and asked to check out and get a refund, but were told we couldn't have our money back. Ridiculous. The staff were still friendly through all the chaos, which was the only plus.
