The host's attitude made a bad stay much worse. They avoided taking responsibility and only mentioned a refund after I asked repeatedly, without giving a clear amount or timeline. I got a proper solution only after contacting Airbnb. Then the host threatened us, telling us to leave immediately in the middle of the night. Completely unacceptable. The unit was neglected from the start: a used, dirty towel on the bathroom rack, a broken light, and no shampoo, just an unlabeled orange liquid that might have been shower gel. The furniture felt cheap and flimsy, and it wasn't comfortable. One window couldn't close because a metal part blocked it, so highway traffic noise came in constantly. Nearby mosque prayers at 6 a.m. were extremely loud every morning and made it impossible to sleep. Only one of the building's lifts was working, and I waited 25 minutes for it. The whole stay was unbearable.

The condo was badly maintained, with four of its five lifts out of service at one point and huge waits for everyone. Inside the unit, the furniture was low quality, a light was broken, and there was a dirty towel in the bathroom. The worst part was a window that wouldn't close, letting in all the street noise. The host was evasive and wouldn't say clearly when it would be fixed, which felt like being brushed off. I'd seen an earlier review about the same issue, so it seems to have been known and still left unfixed. Just ridiculous. Beware of Airbnb unit C-25-08.

Mr. Kamran was really kind and helpful. Revo Homestay is a beautiful place, with easy access to the shopping mall and restaurants. I'll definitely be back for Chinese New Year.

The room smelled, the floor was sticky, and the toilet was dirty and moldy. There were stains on the wall and the towels were torn. No.

The bathroom was disgusting, with mold everywhere. It would not pass health and safety standards, so I wouldn't recommend staying here. The room itself had two air conditioners that worked, and noise was fine. There was a TV, induction cooker, kettle, cutlery, and a fridge/freezer, but no towels or water. I stayed about three nights at the end of June 2024 in Level 10, Room 11 (Tower C, Revo, Aurora Place, Bukit Jalil). Getting access to the room involved long, confusing instructions. You're better off finding somewhere cleaner.
