Royce Residence KLCC by Feel Home

Our 3-day stay at Royce Residence Kuala Lumpur felt like being at home and went very smoothly. When we left to visit Penang for 5 days, Mr. Jewel kindly looked after my luggage. Such genuine hospitality and outstanding service. I’ll definitely return!

From the bathroom’s marble finishes and relaxing bathtub to the well-planned kitchen, the design made this a comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was spacious and suited light cooking and daily use, while the amenities were complete and well maintained. KLCC and other key spots are walkable, and the road has convenience stores, cafés, and restaurants, so getting meals and everyday things was easy. Free parking was a big plus. I spent 4 nights here for a summit. The residence felt secure and well managed, and the stay was hassle-free. The space planning and quality finishes worked well for a business trip, event, or longer stay around KLCC.

The room was reasonably comfortable and acceptable, but noise made the stay less comfortable. Common areas seemed messy and disorganised, and service was disappointing, with communication and responsiveness needing improvement. It wasn’t terrible, just an okay experience with plenty of room to do better.

The unit was nicely furnished, with a good layout, and quiet enough to rest after a long day out. It was clean, cozy, well cared for, and everything worked. I had a really pleasant weekend stay and felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. A smooth visit, and I’d definitely stay here again.
