Saville at The Park by Ivan

I only wanted to pick up a friend at the condo, but security wouldn't let me in even though I was in the visitor lane. They then told me to reverse while a car was behind me, and spoke to me very impolitely. Really bad service. I wouldn't recommend it.

The lift issue seems to have been sorted out: the upgraded lifts are fast and efficient now. The place also has lovely views and fresh air from bukit gasing, a Forest in the city!

The swimming pool is the best part. The lifts are the big problem: usually only one or two work, and today just one was running. It took me 10 minutes to get downstairs.

I regret moving to saville and having to deal with this management for a year. The officer doesn't seem suited or trained for the job, and showed no empathy about our situation. When people are moving, they don't explain the process; they just say movers should know because all condos are the same. Even after realizing it was their mistake not to tell us the protocol in the first place, they still pressured us to do what they wanted immediately, knowing we were working and in the hospital. Since the fault was theirs, they should have cooperated and given us a grace period. Dealing with management has been stressful, so I wouldn't recommend renting or buying here.
