For RM280 a night, this felt like a very good deal, especially at one of the most famous hotels. The room was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed; its size was just right for two, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was decent. Staff also helped arrange an early check-in, which I really appreciated. I’d happily come back.
The slow check-in and checkout were the main drawbacks, and the route from the car park to the lobby wasn’t clearly marked or explained. Otherwise, I enjoyed the bathtub, the many amenities, and the great gym. Bukit Nanas Lrt is nearby, and parking is available with a worker there who gave us fairly good guidance. The TV was the most advanced one I’ve seen in the hotels I’ve stayed at. Breakfast had a great range, and my parents were satisfied. Fun fact: MJ stays here in 1996.
The leisure facilities were modern and well kept, including the pool, gym, saunas, and steam rooms. We had a premium room, which came with access to a lounge serving free tea, coffee, soft drinks, and biscuits. The hotel bar also offered complimentary snacks and drinks from 5:30 to 7 pm, sometimes with entertainment. Our room was enormous and well equipped, and breakfast had a superb range of dishes. We stayed four nights in December and were very impressed. Bukit Nanas monorail station is only about 100 metres away. Recommended.
The wedding reception we attended here was out of this world, and the hotel really did the Bride & Groom proud. My stay at the Concorde Hotel was memorable too, thanks to the warm welcome and friendly, helpful staff throughout. The people at X Roads were cheerful and made sure nothing was too much trouble; The melting Pot staff were just as lovely. There was plenty of food to choose from, and tables were cleared promptly. Room service was polite and did a great job. I also have to mention Beat Culture at X Roads. What an amazing band, with a funny male singer. Thanks for making the trip so enjoyable.
Concorde KL was an easy, comfortable break for me. The room was spacious, the staff pleasant, and the stay hassle-free. I could get to KLCC, Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Time's Square and other places easily by Grab. It isn’t the newest or fanciest hotel around, and it didn’t wow me, but the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. That was just what I needed. Thanks, Concorde KL, for being part of my little escape.
