The receptionist was rude, and the smell when I arrived was suffocating. I’d booked a room, but the name didn’t match the one on the website. When I asked about getting my money back, they said bookings weren’t refundable, so I went and booked another hotel. This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever seen. It’s not a hotel, it’s more like a bird’s nest. Please, I beg you, don’t book with them.

It was good value for money. The room was quiet, especially away from the street, with clean sheets and a clean toilet. The internet was fast, and the access cards were convenient. The air conditioning was a little noisy. The receptionist made me wait to check in even though the room was ready. I arrived at 13:30, only half an hour early. Also, the hotel name doesn’t match the one shown on maps and booking sites.

There was a good promotion through agoda. The hotel is near the chowkit monorail station, but it doesn’t provide car parking.
