South Of The Clouds HOTEL KL SENTRAL

The only thing that worked fine was the AC. I had already changed rooms three times, but the bathrooms still weren't clean, there was smoke smell everywhere despite the no-smoking sign, and the room was stinky and closed up. I paid 120 RM for it. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all on the 3rd floor, and no one responded after I complained. The TV had very few channels. The pillows were hard as stone, and the bed shook so much. Are guests supposed to get a neck sprain? Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in KL. Worst experience.

This was my second time at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, there's an elevator, and restaurants are close by. Getting around is easy too, with trains, buses and e-hailing available. It's a nice hotel, and I'll probably book here again.

While I was asleep, someone opened my room door from the outside. I don't know who it was, maybe another guest with the wrong card or something. That was after a string of problems that left me furious and disappointed. At check-in, around 5pm, they gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned. I went straight back to the lobby, but there was no receptionist, only an uncle or brother who couldn't speak English or Malay properly and sounded like he was from mainland China. I waited almost 20 minutes for staff to come back from wherever they'd gone. They gave me another key card. It showed 213 on the back and 203 on the front. Staff said 213 was the right number, but that door wouldn't open. I tried 203 and got in. The room was another nightmare: mold on the wall, dirty floor and toilet, dusty table, a bad smell, and cigarette smell from the toilet. The aircon wasn't cold, just blowing like a fan. I was too tired to argue, so I tried to rest. I've stayed at random new hotels because I like checking them out, and this is the worst one I've been to. I don't understand how it can operate. Please don't stay here.

I stayed in room 106 from 15/2/26 until 16/2/26, but forgot to take my receipt. Could you scan it and email it to me? I need it for a claim. Please help.
