We were trying to find food in Southlink mall, which has residential and commercial areas on the lower levels. We took the first parking entrance, not realizing it was for residents only, with commercial parking further down the road. There wasn't an obvious sign separating the two. We asked a guard where the restaurant was, but couldn't make out his very poor English. He opened the gate, and we assumed we could park there because we saw a visitor parking sign. Apparently we were supposed to make a U-turn and leave. Nobody came after us or sent another guard to tell us. We only found out we'd parked in the wrong place when we went back two hours later and struggled to find the lift from the shops to the parking. There is a way to reach the shops from the residence, but it's all one-way doors, so you can't return that way. The guards shouted and acted nastily instead of helping. At the guardhouse, one said we were lucky they hadn't clamped our car. Then a second guard, who'd been on shift when we drove in, confronted us again in the lobby, insisted we walk up the ramp to the parking, and wouldn't help us use the lift. That felt dangerous for us and the cars. Clear signs, better English training and timely communication among the team could have avoided all of this. Instead, it felt like they were playing the victim. Redesign the signage and fire the security guards.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with easy access to public transport and nearby amenities. The management office staff were helpful and accommodating. They've also made many improvements to the property and fixed several problems that were there before. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable stay.

The management team were friendly and helpful when I contacted them about my lost bracelet. They got back to me promptly that same day. They didn't find the bracelet, but I appreciate their effort and assistance. Many thanks, Syaiful.

I've lived here for 4 years, and my experience with security has been fine. They've been attentive and able to help me. I do see some residents acting entitled and impatient with them. There are many complaints that guards are rude or don't understand English, but they aren't locals and can understand a little Bahasa Malaysia. Management used to be bad, though I've seen improvement lately, especially since they introduced a feedback form for complaints and have been responding attentively. The location is good, between the Universiti and Kerinchi LRT connections. Many residents aren't locals. Some are VERY NOISY and inconsiderate or ignorant, with “negara 1 bintang besar 4 bintang kecil.” The bin room is always a disaster with them. Parcels are another issue: if you collect yours on time, you shouldn't have a problem. The housing rules let management control parcels, and the huge number of bulky and small deliveries during double digit sales from shopee/lazada is insane.

I recently moved out after living here for 4 years. There are decent food options in the building, and it's close to KL Gateway, which is a dead mall but has Village Grocer and a fantastic dental clinic. Two LRT stations on the Kelana Jaya line are accessible from here. The building has 31 units on each floor, so it gets crowded, and the gym and pool are too small for that many occupants. The elevators are fast but often break down. I never had any problems with the security guards.
