The staff were really noisy all night, and we kept waking up about every two hours. There was a cigarette smell in the room, bugs and mold, and no toilet paper. The bed springs were really uncomfortable to sleep on.

I booked through oyo and checked in at noon to Room 208, but it was in bad shape. Wires were hanging from the wall, there was nothing but a bed, no mirror, and the air conditioning didn't work. Reception said they couldn't give me another room. When I asked them to fix the problems, one staff member said I could leave but wouldn't get a refund because I'd booked through the oyo site. An hour later they gave us Room 204, which was also in very bad condition. When I closed the window, it fell down. My friend and I decided to leave and asked for our money back, but they didn't return the deposit either. It was a very bad experience, and I didn't expect a hotel to behave like this.

The location is good, near mehran Restorent. You can get very good food there, and it's clean. Everything there is good.
