Mr. Nayeem was outstanding: professional, welcoming and quick to respond. He was always available and made sure everything was handled promptly, which kept our stay stress-free. Our family had a fantastic time at Star KLCC by Arman in Kuala Lumpur. The modern apartment was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Facilities were clean and secure, and the location was ideal, with stunning city views. Access was easy, amenities were well kept, and there were thoughtful touches throughout. We’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. Thanks for making our family trip so memorable.

The view was the one good thing about the stay. Everything else, including service, cleanliness and transparency, was seriously lacking. I’d suggest spending a bit more for a proper hotel with professional service and better standards. Book at your own risk. I booked a two-bedroom suite through Agoda, but the property only took cash, something the listing hadn’t made clear. Luckily, I had a large amount of cash on me. We arrived at 7 PM and waited more than 30 minutes for the room. Then they gave us a one-bedroom suite instead of the two-bedroom booking. The staff member insisted it was correct and said all the rooms were the same, just laid out differently. I pointed out that the one-bedroom listing specified a king bed and a single in the living room, while the two-bedroom should have a king and queen in separate rooms. After I raised it with Agoda, staff contacted me the next morning about changing rooms. They told me to hurry back from our outing because they needed to clean the current unit for the next guest. I packed everything in ten minutes to avoid more hassle. The replacement unit wasn’t clean either. Staff asked me to leave my things and go out while they cleaned, but I stayed because of my valuables and shopping bags. Housekeeping took less than ten minutes and did only the bare minimum, changing the sheets and giving the floor a quick mop. There was no proper sanitization, which was extremely disappointing.

Both pools were very well maintained, and the apartment was quiet and close to food places, with the malls only a short walk away. We had two spacious rooms, and one looked out toward the majestic twin towers. The host was responsive and helpful, and even checked us in a couple of hours early.

I asked whether I could arrive a little early, and the host said I could. But when I got there early, he charged me another $40 and insisted I pay the whole booking amount in cash. No card option. There was also a 200 MYR deposit. I only got that back after messaging him at 10 pm, and he finally showed up after my third reminder. Disgusting service. If you read this, don't book this apartment. Go to a hotel or somewhere else.
