The main advantage is the location, within walking distance of markets and shops, about 3000 steps. The rooms are a little small, but it’s very quiet even with the LRT station next door. There’s a small pool and a small gym with machines and free weights, dumbbells only, no barbells, enough to work all your body parts and muscles.

This condo is so narrow, and I’ve never encountered this before in my life. Why do visitors have to go down to register? In other condos or apartments, guards come out with their book, rain or shine, instead of staying inside after getting paid. This guard isn’t good at the job. Please fire the guard at the guardhouse in particular.

We were dealing with a few issues, and the building manager was helpful in sorting them out. The condo has a great view, and its security guards are great too. They always help us with parcels and collect things for us.

The LRT station is right next door, making it easy to get around town. The building is also surrounded by shopping, lots of restaurants, and a wet market. Security staff are friendly and attentive, and the condo is very clean and secure. High-floor views are great, and the gym and pool are hardly used. This rather new building is well located, though parking can be a bit of a problem. It can also be hard to find if you don’t know the area.

Apartments are small, and the parking design is bad. The spaces and access ways are narrow, causing problems for everyone who parks there. The condo is noisy because it’s near the highway, and opening the windows or turning on the aircon means getting car pollution inside. The pool is very noisy too, so it’s not a good place to relax. The positive points are that it’s near MRT and next to the ttdi area. From my point of view, the value for the price isn’t good.
