We are dissatisfied with this hotel and want a refund for this booking. A few days before the check-in date, 23/12/2025, we called the receptionist to say the guest would arrive late on 24/12/2025 and only needed to freshen up for two hours. The receptionist said that was OK. But when the guest arrived on 24/12/2025, the receptionist said late check-in was only allowed until 4am and refused check-in, asking the guest to pay again just to freshen up. The guest paid because they were in a rush to get ready and leave. This hotel is not being run properly, as we had already informed them in advance. Booking number NH29253451389460. We ended up staying only one night despite booking two, because the first room was dirty and its bathroom was flooded. We viewed two more rooms, but neither was satisfactory. It was late and we had little choice but to stay that night. The air conditioning blew air that smelled of smoke, and every corner of the room was filthy. The bedsheets and pillows were stained. A bathroom drainpipe leaked onto the floor, which smelled awful, like sewage had come up. The tabletops were sticky, and the walls were so thin that we could hear the neighbors clicking their lights on and off. When they touched their wall-mounted table, ours shook. The hallway and elevator smelled of smoke too, and their corners were dirty. We do not recommend this hotel.

The male receptionist wearing glasses was especially arrogant, and the customer service was pathetic. The room we were shown was dirty, including the bathroom. It was late, so we didn't have much choice but to stay the night. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.
