The location is excellent and the stay was good value. My room was acceptably clean, and the counter staff were polite and efficient. At first the air conditioning was far too noisy. Housekeeping knocked within minutes and showed me how to turn on Quiet mode with the remote, which made it better.

Bukit Bintang is right at the center of things, so it's easy to get around. Ms. Liya and Ms. Noor at reception were very helpful and came up with possible solutions whenever I needed help. Thanks to them. The room and washroom cleanliness could be better.

The location in Bukit Bintang was convenient, with everything nearby, but the rest of this hotel wasn't good. On my second trip to KL, after another disappointing hotel, I found a cockroach in the room, dirty bed sheets and towels, and no windows. Clean sheets and towels would make the hotel much better.

The room was spacious, with a wardrobe and dresser. For a budget hotel, they provided quite a bit: toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, bottled water, and coffee mix.
