The location is really strategic, and our stay was smooth and easy. Rajid at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. When we needed to get to the airport in the middle of the night, he even helped us arrange a Grab. We really enjoyed staying here and appreciate it, thanks!

I arrived before check-in time, and Mr. Sajid kindly checked whether my room was ready. It was still being cleaned, so I was happy to wait because he was so polite and helpful. Check-in went smoothly. Great job.

The noise and dirt were unbearable, so we left halfway through our five day stay. We got no refund for the room or tourist tax. Sajit is a nice guy, as other reviews say, but that doesn’t help guests if he can’t do anything for them. We were told the room wouldn’t be cleaned during our stay because this is a budget hotel, which is ridiculous. The cleaners seemed angry about having to clean it. The walls are very thin, and other guests caused disturbances. It’s fine that many locals stay there because it’s cheap, but the noise was a problem. When I came back at night, I was questioned like a criminal instead of a guest because they hadn’t taken my passport information. We left and paid three times as much for another hotel. It was worth it, with no bed bug bites. I know the tourist tax isn’t your fault, but we’re tourists, so please make an effort. If swings and pillows management wants to contact me, you know who I am. I’ve stayed here more than five times because my close relatives live nearby. The hotel is clean, smells good, and has all the basic necessities. Most of the staff are very friendly, especially Matthew. Everything has been great for me, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.
