Salim was especially good, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, and his warm manner made me feel welcome. I stayed at Swing & Pillow Hotel Setapak, and the room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with a convenient location near shops and restaurants. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay. I'd definitely come back and recommend the hotel.

The staff, especially akash ikram, were very polite and everything else was good. The water pressure was so weak, though, I couldn’t shower properly.

I keep coming back to Swing & Pillow Hotel Wangsa Maju for short stays in KL, and this was my fifth visit, usually booked through a last minute deal. It’s close to where I need to go, which makes my trips much easier. On this stay I arrived around 1:30 AM, and the staff still waited for me, helped me check in, and made sure everything was okay. They’re always accommodating. I’m very satisfied and would stay again if I get the chance.

The bed and pillow were comfortable, but I wouldn’t recommend this branch. My first room had poor water pressure, and the replacement was tiny and noisy, more like a one star hotel. I had a much better experience at Swing and Pillow Rawang branch.

The room was clean and good, and Fo akash Hk konan & selim were very good. But Agoda showed both a queen standard room and a deluxe standard room. I paid extra for the deluxe queen standard room, yet when I arrived there was only a standard room available.
