The view of KL Tower was stunning, and parking at RM10 per entry seemed very reasonable. A monorail station nearby made it easy to get around Kuala Lumpur. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and all the amenities. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful, and the facilities were excellent and well maintained. The kids club was a little chaotic, perhaps because of the public holiday, but manageable. I came hoping my child could use the pool and outdoor playground, but it rained. The next day, my child was tired after walking around Kuala Lumpur and slept until checkout. I'll come back so my child can enjoy the facilities properly. I was very satisfied with the stay.

My housekeeper, Makmud, was polite and professional, and kept the room in flawless condition throughout my stay. The facilities are top-notch, especially the pool and waterpark-like play area, though weekends can get lively with kids and families. The room was incredibly spacious, with universal power outlets throughout. The bathroom was huge, with a bathtub and separate shower box with a fantastic rain shower. The Argus brand amenities smelled wonderful.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the guest facilities were nice and well maintained. We had a pleasant one-night stay at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient, with plenty of good places to eat nearby. A great experience, and I'd stay again.
