A few months ago I reserved through booking.com and paid in full for several days. When I got to the lobby, I was told the unit wasn't available. I made the mistake of giving out the PIN, and somehow they cancelled the reservation, leaving me to lose a non-refundable one-night charge. The person had a South Asian accent. There seem to be many illegal practices around apartment subletting. I won't rent an apartment in KL or Malaysia again, and will book a reputable hotel instead.

The place was spotless and comfortable, and everything felt well looked after. I found the location ideal for getting to what I needed, and the service went beyond what I expected. I had a really enjoyable stay and highly recommend it.

The room balcony had one of the best views I've seen in Kuala Lumpur, and the rooms were roomy and luxurious. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool, gym, and garden. One of my best stays here, and I'll definitely return.

Brand new apartment in a central spot, just a few steps from klcc. The best part is the balcony, with an amazing view of the PETRONAS twin towers.
