The only real drawbacks I found were that the LRT isn't currently within walking distance and Google Maps gives confusing directions in and out of The Reach. It adds at least 1.5km and can trip up first-time visitors. The future MRT3 Circle Line, with planned Setapak and Kampung Puah stations nearby, should connect the area to the whole Klang Valley loop and could improve access and property value in coming years. For own stay at this price level, The Reach feels like a no-brainer. It's classy without being flashy, with a quiet-luxury feel, wonderful facilities, including a nice pool and gym, and well-maintained common spaces. The neighbourhood is peaceful, mostly families and professionals, and feels safe and comfortable for raising kids. It's one of the best condos around, with a great environment and a strong sense of safety.

There's a tennis court, which may be rare in the city, and a deck with a great view for enjoying the city. It's a well-designed property not far from KLCC, with lots of facilities and a swimming pool facing KLCC. The views are fantastic.

This 2017 condo is quiet, with few people around and many empty units. I've heard there were 5 suicide cases, with 5 people dying here. Be careful, it may be haunted.

There's direct access to DUKE HIGHWAY, and Titiwangsa Lake Garden is just a stone's throw away. The newly handed-over condominium has a remarkable range of facilities: tennis and badminton courts, half basketball court, squash courts, gymnasium, lap pool, children's playground, infinity sky pool, ioniser pool, aqua gymnasia, sauna, yoga zone, wet deck, pool lounge, cabana, hammock garden, party deck, sky gymnasium, management office, viewing gallery, and sitting lounge.

The views are very nice, and it's an awesome property with plenty of facilities for both young and old. The surroundings can have dust, noise, and congestion, though. It still needs more ownership of the place, and it can feel a little quiet at times.
