The Sentral Residences by Aloha

The location takes a little planning. The covered walkway to KL Sentral is only a few minutes away on foot, but it's not especially convenient to explore the nearby area directly from the hotel. In most cases, you'll probably need a Grab. Inside, our room was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable, and it was kept impeccably. The service across The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur was excellent, with the team going out of their way to make us welcome. A special thank you to Choo, who looked after us. The stay was wonderful and memorable.

The gym was well equipped, and the shuttle to Pavilion and KL Sentral made getting around the city easier. The service was also remarkably efficient: requests were handled promptly, without losing warmth or professionalism. The butlers were consistently attentive and polite, and always asked if there was anything else they could do. Special thanks to Mr. Lutfi, Ms. Yuen, and Mr. Akmal, as well as everyone who looked after me. Their hospitality made a lasting impression during my recent stay at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur.

My daughter and I had two wonderful nights here, and the staff were the highlight. They were humble, gifted at service, and so naturally kind that we felt like royalty, pampered and thoroughly spoiled. Those two days felt like absolute bliss. ST REGIS, thank you for making us feel so welcome and special, and sending us home on such a high. The room was lovely, especially the bathroom and giant bed. We enjoyed the beautiful, creative presentation at afternoon tea, though not every flavor suited us. Breakfast had an excellent pastry selection, and the room service meals were another delight. 23Jun 2026 10.10am We were hot and standing outside, trying to work out how to walk to Nu Sentral, when an attentive Chinese lady insisted we take the shuttle. At the lobby, a Malay receptionist offered us seats, and the Malay van driver, plate VKY 9563, was extremely kind and alert. I'm sorry I didn't ask his name. On the return trip at 10.45 am, I accidentally left my handphone in the van. He quickly brought it to the lobby. I would have had a lot of problems without it, and I can't thank him enough. Later, when we wanted to go out again, the big Indian man at the main hotel door was caring enough to contact his driver colleague for us. St Regis showed Malaysian hospitality at its best. My cousins and I had a happy, unforgettable experience. Thank you to everyone we met, especially the driver.
