The renovated rooms are comfortable and have the basics I needed. There’s a power point beside the bed, plus a USB point, and the Google TV made it easy to link my Netflix, YouTube or Prime account and relax. The location is close to many KL tourist attractions. Staff were helpful when I asked to change rooms because I’d requested a bathtub and didn’t get one at first. They moved me without any fuss. The problem was the road noise. I stayed for two nights over the weekend and couldn’t sleep because motorcycles and cars were revving along the main road for hours after midnight and into the morning. The hotel provided earplugs, but they didn’t help. Even my own noise-cancelling earbuds couldn’t block it all. I’d hoped for a relaxing weekend and was disappointed. Soundproof windows could help, because it’s otherwise a nice, reasonably priced hotel. The noise isn’t the hotel’s fault, and I don’t know what weekdays are like.

I slept very well, despite having seen reviews mention noise, and the bed was especially comfortable. The room was spacious, and I was warmly welcomed at check-in. I also used a complimentary stay voucher, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was acceptable, with a decent buffet selection that met my expectations. I had a very pleasant stay and would consider returning. Thanks for the great experience.

The staff were friendly, and the location was good. But the room had no soundproofing, and racing cars and motorbikes outside were incredibly loud until around 4:00 AM. We had a horrible, restless night and couldn’t sleep properly.

Our education sector team from Bangalore, India, stayed at Trigo Hotel Kuala Lumpur for four days and had a really pleasant visit. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the stay was comfortable throughout. It was also excellent value for money. The customer service stood out. Mr. Viknesh and Diksyah at the front desk were polite, friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Their personal attention made the stay memorable. Aakash, the security incharge, was also good with customers. We’re very happy with the experience and would highly recommend the hotel to visitors looking for comfort, convenience and warm hospitality in Kuala Lumpur.

I stayed from 26-27 April. The room was lovely for a one-night break to relax and spend time with friends. Breakfast was decent, and all the staff were welcoming. Big thanks to the front desk team, especially the Manager on Duty, who I believe was called Mr. Vikesh. He was incredibly helpful when we checked out.
