Troika KLCC Hotel Suite

The location is nice and the staff and management are great, but I'd think twice before renting here. All the residential towers seem to have serious piping problems. I've lived in a lot of KL condos and haven't seen anything like this. During my first year, both my bathrooms were broken open down to the ground to look for a leak, and they still hadn't found it by the time I wrote this. The swimming pool was recently renovated too because it was leaking into the offices below. Expect heavy drilling and workers you don't know going back and forth through your apartment during the day, unless that doesn't bother you.

Crest Consulting Services' management staff at Troika were well prepared for their AGM, and the whole thing was handled very professionally and smoothly. It went by like a breeze. VA Risk Consultant Sdn Bhd were brought in to handle the FAQ.

We were disappointed by what happened when we left. We'd confirmed before parking that valet was RM25/entry, but the valet charged RM50 per car and asked for cash only. We were in a hurry and couldn't check with building management, so I hope they can contact us and resolve it. My friend and I brought two cars and paid RM100, which probably went into the valet guy's pocket. Parking otherwise costs RM5/hour with no cap, which is why we chose the valet for the night. The charge seemed ridiculous since the rate was RM25/entry and payment should have been cashless.

The pipe was completely blocked in the photos, and management thought removing the clogged section was the only option. Sewage pipes inside the building have horizontal sections, which seems to leave too little force from gravity for the water to flow properly. The clogs cause bad smells and bring mosquitoes and roaches into the unit, but the building management doesn't seem to care.
