The location felt safe and worked well for anyone going to UTM, though it's a bit far from bus stops and train stations. We could easily find food and other things at the mall downstairs, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. Our room was comfortable enough, had a great city view and even drinkable tap water. Some facilities felt dated, and the fridge wasn't cold enough, so our food spoiled.

Parking was easy and convenient, and the dining was a highlight, with delicious food and plenty of choices. My room was comfortable, making it easy to relax, and the price felt reasonable for the quality. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome and cared for. I had an excellent stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant, worthwhile visit.

NEVER. These were some of the worst nights I've spent. The staff were rude from check-in, and checkout was even more of a nightmare. Zairina had no manners and was racist. I saw Asian guests treated as if we were beggars, while white guests got smiles. The boy in the restaurant was the same. So bad!

The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and there are lots of cafes on level 1. The hotel itself was clean, but checking in for the first time was confusing. You have to find the cafe on level 6, beside the bowling centre, because that’s where the lobby is. Parking on level 6 can fill up during office hours when outside visitors come for bowling or events in the grand hall. Make sure you find the right tower to get to your room. I stayed here before a follow-up at IJN the next day.

I’ve been staying here for two years as a UTM student. It’s affordable and works well for both short and longer stays. The main problems are the Wi-Fi, which barely works in Tower 2, and reception staff who can be quite rude to students.
