The lobby had complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks available, which we really enjoyed. Free laundry was another big plus. When we checked out, I got a tasty berry smoothie from the healthy cafe. Our room was clean, the building felt secure, and I’d recommend staying here.

There are Thai and Chinese restaurants within walking distance, and Maluri LRT station is only about five minutes away, with links to Kuala Lumpur’s LRT, MRT, and bus services. For RM108 a night, I thought the location and basic amenities were decent value. The room was a suitable size for one person and came with two complimentary bottles of mineral water; a hot water flask was available on request. The room was acceptably clean, though the bathroom needs more attention. The toilet bowl had visible hairs and wasn’t clean. V Garden Budget Hotel is a practical budget option, but better bathroom housekeeping would improve the stay.

The room was cozy and the staff were nice. They really helped me through check-in. The sink was broken, but we barely used it, so it didn’t bother us much.
