OYO had already terminated its contract with this hotel, but was still offering bookings and taking money. OYO customer service was bad, and even after I processed the refund, I still haven't got my money back.

I booked a room online and, when I got to the counter, they said there was no payment. I showed them my hotel receipt, but they told me to call and ask for a refund. I just went through this myself.
2/10
Really damn bad. The TV doesn't work, the aircond doesn't work, and the bedsheet hadn't been changed.
10/10
The staff were friendly and helpful to me during my 2 night stay.
2/10
The room smelled strongly of vomit, and the odor was awful. The bedsheets were filthy, and the chair and dustbin were dirty too. The toilet smelled bad as well. This was a horrible experience, and it didn't feel like a standard Oyo hotel.
