I’m unhappy with the rule that owners can’t use visitor parking overnight for their guests. I pay my management fees in full and on time, and they help fund the property’s maintenance, security, and shared facilities. It seems fair that owners and legitimate guests should sometimes be able to use the designated visitor spaces. The restriction is inconvenient and feels discriminatory. We have a substantial investment here and are stakeholders, not just tenants, yet this policy makes the building feel unwelcoming and less like a community, especially given the fees we pay. I’d like the Management Committee to review the rule and consider a fairer system, such as overnight permits for owners’ guests, to address any real concerns about parking abuse without penalizing everyone. Please also provide a clear written explanation of the specific by-law or regulation behind the prohibition. I believe management’s operational needs can be balanced with owners’ reasonable expectations, and I look forward to a written response and a proposed resolution.

MK works well if you don’t need to leave. Traffic is a nightmare and there’s no public transport. The amenities are great, with shops downstairs, though the commercial tariff makes rates high.

I used to be happy with the facilities, rooms, and security, but after six months I can’t recommend moving in here. The management office and repair vendors have both been disappointing, and sometimes they really upset me. Today a vendor painted the ceiling by my front door without telling me, using a ladder that stepped on my shoes and flip-flops. The shoes are smudged and the marks won’t come off. I also paid a 200 RM deposit for the common facilities, and was told it would take two weeks to return. It’s been more or less three weeks, and I’ve had no response to my reimbursement email despite following up twice. Management especially needs to improve.

A little green space where you can find a quiet corner for yourself in the busy city 🥰. It’s also close to a hiking spot, which is really convenient.
