There’s a small market and a place to wash clothes in the condo, and a morning market nearby too. It’s close to the hospital and school, and KLCC isn’t far. For people working in KL, it’s a suitable place to stay. I’m running my home as a homestay, so come by, hahaha. The condo itself looks ordinary, but both maintenance and house prices are expensive. Maybe that’s because my unit is on the top floor and has a view.

Good security makes it feel safe, and there’s a nice view of KL town. The bus stop and a small morning wet market are both about a five-minute walk away. Bukit Bintang takes around 20 minutes by car. Works well for a short or long stay.

When it rains, water splashes all along the corridors, including the middle sections by the void, and the highest floors can get flooded almost up to the lift lobby. It seems like rain could even damage the lifts. Are these design issues for the developer or architect? For a modern condominium, the design doesn’t seem practical. You can come out of your unit and find the corridor wet. Is this supposed to be a “sky-landed property”?

I’ll stay at this apartment when I visit KL. It’s clean, convenient and has a nice view. Getting to KL City is easy too 😁

You get a cheap price, but the units are small. If you face CHKL/ KTM, the sunset really heats things up. Road access is behind Toyota/ Pasar, and DUKE is the quickest way out of Sentul, though you have to pay for it.
